I completed MA diploma in General Psychology at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. I am a candidate member in the Institute of Group Analysis “Rasztów”, where I completed the training programme preparing for certification as a group analyst. Additionally, I have completed the introductory training in Couples Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at Tavistock Relationships and Mentalisation Based Treatment for Adolescents in Anna Freud Institute (MBT), as well as the WPF Therapy training in Individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in London. I have been working as a psychotherapist for over 7 years. My professional experience includes an internship in a charity organisation called ASLAN Association, Warsaw. My focal point of interest there was working in group modalities with children and adolescents, which I found both challenging and inspiring at the same time. Additionally, I organised psychoeducation workshops, workshops on parenting skills, and conducted long-term individual psychodynamic therapy for young adults. Furthermore, I completed a rotation at the Neurosis, Personality and Eating Disorders Clinic in the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw. My articles have been published in polish therapy bulletins.
Currently I am undergoing training in couples psychodynamic psychotherapy the in Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
In the “Archetypy” clinic I conduct individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, as well as couples therapy. Patients are admitted in my practice in London, and in West Sussex as well as on-line, both in English and Polish.
In the course of my own personal development I learned that any kind of change in our life plans, even the one seen as adverse, is a combination of risks and opportunities, losses and gains, and it takes both courage and determination to make use of it.
In my spare time I practice Yoga and Mindfulness, which I find both comforting and grounding, I am also a huge enthusiast of trekking and cycling, I love exploring new lands which is linked with my passion for travelling. When I cannot go further away, I do a lot of local public walks in Sussex, taking my dog with me whenever its possible, as he is always happy to keep me a company.
